I ASKED MY OWN GRANDCHILDREN WHO ARE OUT OF TOWN WITH COLLEGE AND SCHOOL ACTIVITIES WHAT KIND OF IMPACT DO THEY WANT TO MAKE IN THE WORLD.

JULIA SAID Being sixteen years old limits my perception of what I think I  am capable of. Adults are typically the ones to make significant changes, and kids are the inheritors of their designs. I don’t want to build a new system, though; I want to fix the underlying fractures present in our current ones. Through small acts of kindness enacted by every individual, the world would ultimately become a better place. Even so, it goes beyond just kindness and rather calls for a rebirth of humanity. I want to play a small role in simply being a good human: helping others when they are at their lowest point, understanding perspectives, and connecting. We, as a collective, share the human experience; it should be all of our duties to preserve it.

JASON SAID I want to leave the world a better place than I found it, something I believe is everyone’s individual responsibility. Instead of just consuming, I want to produce and contribute to society. Overall, I want to be a net giver. I want to be there and help those most in need and those at their lowest points. And I want to make society more prosperous by building products that improve society

Pinkalicious the Musical is the story of a little girl who can’t stop eating pink cupcakes! Her indulgence lands her in the doctor’s office with a case of Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe! The only way Pinkalicious can return to normal is by eating Mother Earth’s delicious green foods, which Pinkalicious’s mother purchases at the local organic food co-op. Pinkalicious the Musical is currently playing at the Actor’s Temple on 47th between 8th & 9th avenues, every Sunday at 11:00a. Here is “Green Foods” from Pinkalicious the Musical!
