New York, NY: Good News Corporation (GNC), a nonprofit, since 2002, will broadcast along with many organizations, i.e. UNIFY, and will create the largest outreach ever to support the message of the 193 Countries in the UN declared International Day of Peace. 1. 9/11 Noon Press Conference in Times Square/Duffy Square to announce, upcoming International Day of Peace September 21 and 11 Days of Global Unity www.we.net Honor Desmond Tutu & www.pausetheworldforpeace.org with 6 LIVE PEACE PERFORMANCES, including Russell Daisey & Dr. Judy Kuriansky’s song “Towers of Light” and Cheyenne Elliot, Dionne Warwick’s Granddaughters Special Performance, Distinguished Speakers from NYC and Nonprofits and For Profits Doing Work for More Peace.
2. 9/21 11am line up in Times Square for Human Peace Sign, 12 noon Moment of Silence Meditation led virtually by Ringo Starr. Then Concert to 4pm with 27 LIVE PEACE PERFORMANCES AND MESSAGES, along with virtual messages from Peace Messengers and so much more. Participants below.
