Happy New Year! 🎆 I’m so glad you decided to take this powerful journey with me. One important thing we all learned during this past year was how important community and support are to our wellbeing.
Today is the beginning of a New Year and a New You! Right now is the most important moment of your life. Right now you are creating your future.
My spiritual teacher Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov taught me that the first 12 days of the year represent the entire year and sets the course of your year…both spiritually and physically. That is why I am offering you this special gift of 12 days of sacred inner work.
Set aside time each day to do these meditations (preferably in the morning) when you will not be disturbed. I like to light a candle before I start to shift my consciousness to creating sacred space, but that is up to you.
I recommend that you do a grounding technique each day so that you will feel clear, centered, strong and focused and more able to bring in and integrate the higher frequencies entering into the planet at this time. In today’s audio, I will lead you through one that I do daily.
Many cultures spend this time in prayer and contemplation. Today’s meditation will focus on appreciation and blessing what we have in our lives. As we plant these seeds of appreciation they grow and multiply.
Remember that we learn best when we are happy and open, so be prepared to up your joy quotient in the next 12 days.
